Refunds & Returns

If Moreish Morsels must cancel the order with you for any particular reason due to health, family or situations out of our control, a full refund will be provided to you, as well as assistance in finding a suitable decorator with similar experience to complete your order. Moreish Morsels will not offer refunds or exchanges for custom or Moreish Morsels menu products that meet Moreish Morsels quality standards once a product(s) have been picked up/delivered and/or “accepted” by you or another designated party. Additionally, under no circumstances will Moreish Morsels provide a refund in excess of the cost of the order. All products are the responsibility of the customer once it leaves Moreish Morsels premises.        

Refund requests due to decorating style, colour shade or general decoration design will not be honoured or considered. We only give refunds if the product does not meet the flavour, size, and general description detailed in order form. Product flavour and texture is subjective. Refunds requested due to flavour or texture after cake or product has been accepted and pick up will be at the sole discretion of Moreish Morsels. Moreish Morsels may consider a credit if the product is brought back, and the quality of the product flavour or texture is determined not to meet our standards within 12 hours of the event. Please note, we do taste our products daily to ensure the highest quality. Quality determination is solely at the discretion of Moreish Morsels. Our products are baked from scratch with natural ingredients and need to be kept out at room temperature for at least an hour prior to serving. Please keep in mind, variety in temperature and humidity may impact the flavour, overall design, or texture of the product(s) to some degree. Please understand we cannot control changes in texture or changes in colour or chape due to environmental conditions.
