By accepting Moreish Morsels products and services, you agree to be subject to these Terms and Conditions.

Please read the following Terms and Conditions carefully before placing your order with Moreish Morsels. By using Moreish Morsels service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. We reserve the right to refuse the sale of goods or services or to cancel an order under certain circumstances.

 

Interpretation

In these Terms and Conditions any reference to our, my, myself, me, us, I, we, means Moreish Morsels as the owner, operator and supplier of goods and or services. Any reference to you, your, your representative means the customer or purchaser of the goods and or services of Moreish Morsels.

 

Amendment of Terms

We reserve the right to change, modify, add or remove portions of these terms at any time. Please check these terms regularly prior to using our website and/or placing an order with us to ensure you are aware of any changes. We will endeavour to highlight any significant or substantive changes to you where possible. If you choose to use our website or place an order with us, then we will regard this as conclusive evidence of your agreement and acceptance that these terms govern your and Moreish Morsels rights and obligations to each other.

 

Our Guarantee

Moreish Morsels will provide a professionally created dessert in a timely manner as specified in the invoice or contract. Moreish Morsels appreciate your business and are honoured that you have chosen us for your special celebration. We guarantee that the flavours, size, and general design elements will be met as outlined. If you are not satisfied with our product(s) please let us know at the time of pick up/delivery. Once your order is accepted, refunds will not be considered.

 

Allergy Disclaimer

Please be aware that all products may contain gluten, dairy, and nuts. All products are made to be eaten on the day of celebration/pick up/delivery.

 

Design Variations

Although we make every attempt to provide an exact match product colour, it may not be possible to match an exact shade of a colour or have a colour variation, but we will come as close as possible. The final product may be subject to slight variations. Also be aware the exposure to light and temperatures can cause colours to change. We do not offer discounts or refunds if the exact shade of a colour is not achieved or if a variation occurs due to lighting or temperature. If a major variation needs to be made, Moreish Morsels will communicate this to the customer and seek re-design approval.

 

Care and Handling

We are not responsible for any damage to the product(s) after pick-up or delivered. The customer is responsible for providing an appropriate and secure table and environment for the product(s). Weight of baked goods should be considered when caring/handling/displaying. And all product(s) that require to remain refrigerated, to do so no more than five (5) degrees Celsius until it is ready to be prepared/served (an hour prior) optimal room temperature of 20-22 degrees or below. If you or your representative elects to pick up the product(s), you assume all liability and responsibility for the condition of the cake once it leaves the possession of Moreish Morsels.

 

Deposits and Payments

A full payment at the time of ordering your goods is required to consider this an order and contract of services to be rendered. No order will commence until full payment has been paid and received. Any changes to this order must be made no later than five (5) business days prior to delivery/pickup. Any changes requested after the signed agreement cannot be guaranteed and may be subject to additional charges.

 

Credit may be given for future order at the time of certain cancellations, at the discretion of Moreish Morsels. If Moreish Morsels have to cancel the order with you for any particular reason due to health, family or situations out of our control, a full refund will be provided to you, as well as assistance where possible to complete your order.

 

 

Confirmation and Delivery Terms

Please ensure all contact details, personal information, spelling of names, design requirements, delivery and collections details are true and correct. Any requested changes must be properly documented and notified to Moreish Morsels via phone or email immediately. Please note, messaging via any social media for any changes and or requests at any given time will not be considered. All correspondence and communication must be conducted via phone, email, and or website.

The delivery time will be confirmed one (1) business day before delivery/pick-up date. The customer must disclose any adverse road hazards and/or obstacles that may hamper the delivery and quality of finished products. In the case of an unavoidable occurrence, a car accident, poor road conditions, or dropping of cake/products during delivery- Moreish Morsels cannot be held liable for more than the price of the cake/product described in this order. If the client or client representative is not available to receive the delivery upon agreed time/date, the customer will be required to pick up the products from Moreish Morsels at a new agreed time/date. In the event, this occurs (above) the customer will not be refunded the delivery fee. In the event this occurs (above) and a delivery fee was not originally applied at the time of placing the order, Moreish Morsels will charge an additional delivery fee. If the customer is not at the location at this time and date, and we are not able to contact the customer, the product will be transported back to our premises and it will be the customer’s responsibility to collect the product. If for any instance a completed order is not collected from Moreish Morsels premises, or at the agreed place of delivery, full payment will be kept by Moreish Morsels.

 

Postponement

If, for any reason the event is required to be postponed, please contact me immediately. The new date proposed will be subject to availability.

In the occurrence an event is postponed three (3) business days (ten (10) business days for custom cakes) or less prior to pick-up/delivery date, no refund will be considered.

 

Privacy, Photographs and Marketing

We respect the privacy of all our customers. We will not disclose the identity of clients (photographs of people, last names, event details, contact details) without permission. We do however, reserve the right to photograph baked goods and use those photos on our website, social media, or marketing materials. We also reserve the right to use any photographs for display or promotion without compensation to you. All photographs prior to pick-up/delivery remain the property of Moreish Morsels.
